教你如何打造客户必回的开发信!

客户必回开发信的具体内容

一封好的开发信,有三个要素是必要的,一,开户必看的邮件标题;二,客户情愿花时间看下去的邮件内容;三,客户方便联系你的优质签名。那么,如何才能让自己的开发信不会石沉大海呢?下面笔者就来分享一下自己十多年的外贸经验:

一、标题:

1.新奇型:这种类型的主题主要以新奇为主,强调买手通常关心的特点性新品。比如说电脑类别的,可以以。。。最新专利。。,这种是特定的。

2.回复型:如在你的标题前加上RE.RE等多次回复的标题,然后以买手通常的询价,如。。。inquiry...

3.诱导型:如more than 20%OFF discount 。。。。以可以获得高额利益为诱导。

4.订单型:如REGARDING .... ORDER

5.广告型:一句超级棒的广告语,可以是朗朗上口的广告语。

6.问侯型:通常以买手家人或者老板等的口吻,对于节日等的问候,或者嘘寒问暖。

7.答非所问型:如你想要。。。。结果内容直接就是你的开发信内容

8.话题型:以时下最流行的话题为标题。

9:伪装客户型:REGARDING MY ORDER....

二、内容:

1.简单问候一下买手,越简单明了越好,这里建议只用一句话表述。

2.一句话叙述你是干什么的。或者直接省略掉,到第三部分。

3.直接向买手展示你公司最优性价比的产品优点,以及折扣。

4.附加PPT文件或者PDF做的产品图册或者EXCEL格式,里面有你的联系方式,并着重标示,方便买手查看/存档。

5.展示与你公司成交过的案列,当然,客户的联系方式等信息要删除掉或者涂抹掉。

6.在内容中插入一两张特点鲜明的产品照片/证书。

7.在结尾还可插入你的个人照片。

8.以上各信息务必以层次分明,一目了然的状态展示,如列点展示等等,力求节省观看者的时间。

三、签名:

1.签名可以利用foxmail 或者你现在公司的邮箱中的设计功能,设计具有你公司企业文化的签名。

2.签名力图简单明了,公司名称,公司地址和邮编,你的部门和职位,联系电话,网址主页,聊天软件的账号,传真,邮箱,等等相关信息。

3.签名后可加入一行小字,至于内容么,一般都是写。。。保密之类的话。

开发信写好后,第一个动作为:查找买手国家的上班时间对应我们的上班时间,一般建议在买手上班前1-4个小时发送邮件。第二个工作位:

在买手上班一个小时后打电话给他,看他是否已经查看了你的邮件,定期追踪。如果买手需要你报价,那恭喜你,你已经成功了一半了。如果买手说还没有看,那你要告诉他等。。。分钟后再打过来,讨论一下产品的细节,如果买手说后面联系你,那么进行下一步邮件电话追踪的步骤,一半联系的时间点为1天后-3天后-7天后,这样的频率,7天以后为逢节假日前一天/节假日。

开发信一般只有三句话: 1)我是谁,什么公司的,你是从中国进口。。。。产品么?(提问题通常更容易引起关注) 2)我研究过你们的网站,知道你们经营什么产品,我们可以提供这种产品而且说明我们在当地的bestseller是什么,可以给你推荐,价格和参数见附件。 3)欢迎浏览我们的网站。 附件:我会做一个我强烈推荐符合当地市场风格的两款产品的详细参数和价格,一个是低价产品,一个是比较新颖的产品,做成jpg.格式的,不要附产品图片。 尤其不要列一大堆产品,只要针对性提供某一种产品就好了。 二) 怎样恢复询盘? 回复讯盘的原则:快、准。 一般,我收到一个询盘我会在半小时之内回给客户,当然不含报价。很多人都说回了询盘,报了价,客户却一直没有回音。我通常是这样处理新询盘的。 1、接到询盘: 1)接到询盘,如果内容是一个很空泛的内容,我一般会查一下客户的公司,看一下网站,是经营什么产品?然后给一个简单的回复,说明我们可以提供它们经营的产品,而且对方的bestseller 是什么。然后要对方提供需要产品的详细信息,并且跟客户说大家都是经营这种产品的,那么一定知道不同的规格价格一定是不一样的,没有规格是无法报价的。让客户看网站我们,网站上有很多产品可供参考。同时,还可以根据客户网站的产品,给他一个大致的规格,让客户确认是不是涅?如果需要进一步信息再联系。 2)如果我接到一个规格很详细的询盘。观察对方资料同上。另外我会制作一个精美的excel表格,里面涵盖客户所需产品的详细规格,比客户询盘更详细(没有报价),而且我会把其中一项参数稍稍改动(一定不要是最重要的一项),与客户所需稍有不同,并用有颜色的字体展示出来。我会在邮件中询问客户,我们可以提供的产品与你的要求稍有不同,如果认为可以,我会进一步提供详细信息。这样客户就一定会给我回信,呵呵,而且事实也的确如此。 2、跟踪: 一般上面第二种情况的客户都很快会给我回信,确认是可以的,要报价。这时候,我会给客户一份详细的报价,包含客户所需产品(与客户的参数一模一样的)。会说明这种产品不是我们常规产品(其实我们有这种产品的),但是我们可以做,所以核算了价格一同报过来供参考。 3、要重点说一下报价。 报价一定要中肯,要快。 1)价格太高或太低都会直接被客户踢出。等于自己忽悠自己玩。 2)报价太慢,十天半个月后才报价,也等于自己涮自己。 3)怎样做到报价准确(千万不要只听老板的,不知道产品价格构成的业务员,永远都只是传话筒)?两个方法: 一是经常刺探同行的价格 二是经常跟工厂技术人员接触,知道自己产品生产的每一环节的成本,最好有一个关系很好的技术人员,可以每天和你讨论价格。 我通常使用第二种 知道了成本,知道了各个环节的利润空间,就不会报出太离谱的价格了。 注意:不要太压榨工厂,大家都有的赚才好,这样才会有长期合作的工厂。 (三) 怎样对付客户的压价? 我几乎每一次报价客户都会说高,在最初我对我的产品不是很熟的时候,我只能被动的跟老板讲,
